Exchange Policy:
Products can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item does not match the original specifications or differs from what you ordered.
Claim Process:
To make a claim, provide clear photographic evidence of the defective item within 3 days of delivery. Claims will only be processed after this step.
Items purchase on sale can not be refunded.
